Alma has been telling stories professionally for over three years. Originally trained as an actress, she spent 10 years working in theatre and then moved into teaching whilst raising her three children. She now runs workshops in Storytelling for adults and coaches young people in the art of Storytelling, one of her students being the first winner of the Young Storyteller of the Year Award in Birmingham. She is passionate about telling stories out of doors and bringing magic to the landscape, transforming ordinary places into sacred groves of myth and mystery.
